If for any reason a customer wishes to discontinue service with Alias Hosting they may do so and a refund will be issued.However, the qualifing time-frames for claiming a refund for each service differs and are explained below:
- Domain Registration
- No refund is offered (as Alias Hosting cannot claim the money back once a domain is registered)
- Web Hosting Registration
- All Alias's packages have a refund claiming time-frame of up to two (2) weeks
